Douglas Francis Johnson appeals from his conviction for refusing to submit to induction. For the reasons stated below we affirm.

Following the expiration of his student deferment in June of 1970, the board classified Johnson I-A. He then requested SSS Form 150 (application for classification as a conscientious objector) and a reopening of his classification.
