This action was commenced in accordance with the provisions of Section 77-60-1, U.C.A. 1953, of the Bastardy Act, whereby a complaint, under oath or affirmation, by a pregnant, unmarried female is made to a justice of the peace, who thereupon issues a warrant against the person so accused.
