KOZYCKI v. KOZYCKI

No. 72-226.

269 So.2d 772 (1972)

Phillip J. KOZYCKI, Appellant, v. Sally V. KOZYCKI, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

December 8, 1972.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Carl F. Ellwanger and William (Dale) Anderson, Jr., Stuart, for appellant.

Dwight L. Geiger and F. Shields McManus of Law Offices of Alton S. Beasley, Stuart, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Our consideration of this appeal leaves us persuaded that the award of property to the wife in the divorce judgment — this being the husband's grievance here — was sustainable as lump sum alimony. No abuse of the trial court's discretion or error having been made to appear, the judgment is

Affirmed.
