269 So.2d 771 (1972)

Charles Thomas WILLIAMS, Petitioner, v. Edward STACK, Sheriff, Broward County, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

December 7, 1972.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Charles W. Musgrove, Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for petitioner.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and William W. Herring, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for respondent.

PER CURIAM.

Petitioner's original direct appeal from a judgment and sentence imposed upon conviction of the unlawful sale of LSD was frustrated by an untimely filed notice of appeal by court appointed counsel.
