A review of the record herein indicates that the Family Court's direction in the order of November 16, 1970 that $200 be paid to petitioner for counsel fees by respondent-appellant was appropriate in this matter, and was not excessive. However, we believe that what appears to be an alternative jail sentence of 30 days, if the counsel fees were not paid, was, under the circumstances, excessive and should be reduced to five days.
