PANNELL, Judge.

John M. McCoy, M. D., brought an action against Buckhead Clinic Professional Association seeking to recover terminal pay and two weeks' pay based upon a contract of employment dated July 1, 1968, and ending December 31, 1968. The trial judge granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment as to be terminal pay provided for in the contract. The plaintiff appealed.
