Appellant shall recover of respondent $30 costs and disbursements of this appeal. The suit is for damage to a shipment entrusted by the plaintiff to defendant, a carrier. Defendant instituted a third-party action against the third-party defendant, a carrier hired by it for a part of the haulage. The third-party action is being defended by the third-party defendant's insurer which, in turn, hired the General Adjustment Bureau to make an investigation. The latter inspected...
