This suit is before us on appeal from the Circuit Court which sustained a demurrer to a petition filed in the County Court by which seven of the children of Mrs. Minnie (J.L.) McBroom sought either to have Mrs. McBroom's conservator, Jim Seeley, removed or to have one of the petitioners serve with the conservator who had heretofore been appointed.
