Idella Marx appeals from a district court order holding her in contempt for refusing to answer questions propounded to her by a grand jury. Her sole defense1 is a claim that the questions are the product of information obtained by the government as the result of an illegal electronic surveillance, hereafter, all-inclusively, tap.
