United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (U.S.F. & G.), a Maryland corporation, was the issuer of a surety bond in the amount of $75,000 in favor of the State of Oklahoma, guaranteeing payment of any gasoline or motor fuel excise tax owed to the state by Thrift Oil Company, an Oklahoma corporation.
