Appellant pled guilty to the charge of interstate transportation of forged securities in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314. He was sentenced on April 3, 1970 by the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri to a term of five years imprisonment with parole eligibility under 18 U.S.C. § 4208(a) (2).
