This matter is before us on an Exception of No Cause of Action which was filed by the defendant-appellee and which Exception was sustained by the trial court, and judgment rendered dismissing plaintiff-appellant's suit.

A review of the record shows that plaintiff's suit in the District Court is entitled "Suit for Return of Money" and was filed under Civil Docket No. 80,429 of said court and it is alleged therein that defendant is indebted...
