He advances the following charges of error: (1) The verdict is flagrantly against the evidence, and without evidence to support it; (2) incompetent evidence was admitted; (3) the instruction on voluntary manslaughter should not have been given; and (4) improper argument was made by the Commonwealth's Attorney...
