The First National Bank of Lafayette instituted this action against Irene Hines Gaddis to foreclose by executory process on a real estate mortgage executed by defendant. Wilmer C. Goss, Jr., filed an intervention seeking to enjoin the sale of the property on several grounds, and upon his demand a temporary restraining order was issued by the trial court prohibiting the sale.
