This is a suit in tort for damages instituted by plaintiff-appellant, Mrs. Minnie Ten Bensel, against defendants-appellees, Maurice J. Trosclair and State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, his liability insurer, as a result of an automobile accident in which plaintiff was injured.
