In an automobile collision the night of May 27, 1964 on U. S. Route 13 in Maryland, Ramona Cordero, a passenger in the car driven by her former husband, Victor Cordero, was hurt. Thomas Pasquith was the driver of the other vehicle, a pick-up truck. Normally the road was a dual highway, that is, two northbound lanes separated from two southbound lanes by a median strip.
