This appeal by defendant, Hanover, is from the judgment of the trial court which awarded payments to appellant's insured, Blanchard, pursuant to the medical benefits clause in an automobile liability policy which states that the insured is entitled to such benefits if he sustained injury "through being struck by an automobile or by a trailer of any type."
