This is an appeal from the denial of Newland's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

In February of 1967, Newland was convicted of first degree robbery under the Missouri Habitual Criminal Act in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri and was given a sentence of fifteen years.
