Mrs. Frances Sullivan, appellee, a widow, filed application for reclamation of certain shares of stock held by the trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of Thomas Vincent Sullivan, her son. Much of the evidence was based upon Mrs. Sullivan's testimony. The referee found that Mrs. Sullivan had two sons, Thomas and John; that she had not seen her son Thomas in ten years; and that she kept the stock in a safe deposit box in New York City.
