The medical testimony established causal relationship and is sufficiently substantiated to comply with the rule as set forth in Matter of Ernest v. Boggs Lake Estates (12 N.Y.2d 414). The time interval was a factual issue for the board's determination and likewise was supported by substantial evidence. The board in its supplemental decision, dated April 15, 1970, recited in toto the finding made in its June, 1969 decision...
