The superior court reversed the award of the Workmen's Compensation Board denying additional compensation to claimant on a change of condition. It appears that claimant in an approved supplemental agreement was awarded compensation for 15% loss of use of his leg. At the change of condition hearing the only evidence considered was the claimant's testimony. The board found as a fact which is supported by claimant's testimony that he returned to work...
