The National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter the Board) found, in agreement with the Trial Examiner, that Coast Delivery Service, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as either the Respondent or the Company), violated Sections 8(a) (3) and 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (3) and (1) by discharging or laying off five employees because of their union activities and by coercively interrogating and threatening employees...
