The appellant contends that the court failed to comply with section 70.00 (subd. 3, par. [b]) of the Penal Law by not setting forth in the record the reasons for imposing a minimum term of imprisonment. An examination of the proceedings before the court on May 14, 1970 verifies the failure to comply with the said section. There is no merit to the various other arguments set forth in the appellant's brief.
