This is an appeal by the defendants, Earl Tanner Fairman, Jr., Harvey Ray Hatcher, Loren Robie Wilson and Charles Stephen Cooke, from convictions involving a conspiracy to counterfeit rare United States coins.1 Cooke was convicted only of conspiracy. Fairman was also convicted on ten other counts and appeals from these convictions: Five counts of counterfeiting United States coins, four counts of passing counterfeit...
