Plaintiff's intestate, while driving her 1964 Chevrolet Corvair in the wrong direction on a divided highway in Brighton, Massachusetts, collided with another car coming in the opposite direction. The impact of the collision allegedly thrust the Corvair's steering rod and column into her heart, as a result of which she died.
