JONES, Circuit Judge:

A jury trial resulted in the conviction of the appellant of knowingly transporting a stolen motor vehicle from Odessa, Texas, through Clovis, New Mexico, to El Paso, Texas, in violation of 18 U.S. C.A. § 2312. The appellant was also found guilty of transporting a firearm in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 922(g) (1). Skinner was sentenced to consecutive terms of five years...
