On August 30, 1963, defendant, Dorothy A. Oby, and her husband executed a Check Credit Agreement with the plaintiff, First Wisconsin National Bank of Milwaukee. The agreement provided that the plaintiff would make available to defendant and her husband a line of credit in the amount of $1,500 which they could draw upon by using special check forms provided by plaintiff.
