These are cross appeals from a judgment in favor of the claimant, entered August 12, 1970 upon a decision of the Court of Claims, awarding damages for personal injuries and for medical expenses to the claimant. The infant claimant appeals from the judgment on the ground of inadequacy and the State appeals seeking reversal.
