This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiffs, entered May 7, 1970 in Broome County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term without a jury which determined that the provisions of article 11 of the Code of the Town of Vestal prohibiting the use of plaintiffs' premises for other than residential purposes and prohibiting the use thereof for a golf driving range and miniature golf course were unconstitutional...
