In this suit for damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile intersection collision, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendants are the employer-owner and the driver of the other vehicle. Their motion for new trial was overruled and they appeal from both the judgment on the verdict and denial of the motion for new trial.
