The Secretary of Labor sued to enjoin The Nalle Clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina, from failing to pay the minimum and overtime wages prescribed in §§ 6 and 7, of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 206 and 207, before the amendments effective February 1, 1967. He also asked that the defendant be enjoined from continuing to withhold payment of such compensation owing present and former employees...
