This is a petitory action by plaintiffs-appellants Fay Allen and Mrs. Thelma Allen Wise in which they claim ownership of an undivided one-half interest in eighty acres of land described as the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 8 West, Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.
