Plaintiff, Texas Gas Transmission Corporation, seeks to expropriate a right-of-way across a 28 acre tract of defendants' land for a thirty inch natural gas pipe line. Defendants filed an exception of vagueness which was sustained by the trial court. Plaintiff applied to this court for writs of certiorari and review of the order sustaining the exception.
