This is a workmen's compensation suit instituted by Frank H. Pender, against National Fire and Marine Insurance Company. National filed a third party action against Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, seeking to recover from the latter any amounts which it might be condemned to pay plaintiff.
