This appeal is from a summary judgment entered by Judge McCullough in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County on May 18, 1970, for $7,600.00, for four months' rent at $1,900.00 a month, in favor of the appellee, Kenilworth Warehouses, Inc., plaintiff below (Kenilworth), against the appellant, Bernard R. Shatzer. The principal question presented to us is whether or not a genuine issue of a material fact was raised...
