123 Ga. App. 200 (1971)

180 S.E.2d 246

PITCH'N PUTT, INC. et al. v. ATCHESON.

Court of Appeals of Georgia.

Decided January 22, 1971.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Neely, Freeman & Hawkins, J. Bruce Welch, for appellants.

Gettle, Jones & Fraser, Sherman C. Fraser, Jr., for appellee.

QUILLIAN, Judge.

Atlanta Gas Light Co., 122 Ga.App. 90
