Plaintiffs appeal from a denial of their motion for summary judgment to declare invalid ordinance No. 562 of the Borough of Freehold known as "Parade Ordinance for the Borough of Freehold." The trial court held certain specific sections invalid and declared the balance of the ordinance valid.
