This is an appeal by the Citizens National Bank of Meridian from a decree of the Chancery Court of Lauderdale County which awarded L.L. Glascock, Inc., the sum of $8,902.21. The judgment was entered against the bank on a quantum meruit basis for the performance of extra work in connection with a building contract between the parties.
