This is an appeal upon questions of law from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court, for the defendant, appellee herein.

Plaintiffs, appellants herein, purchased a 1961 Oldsmobile and acquired title thereto on July 11, 1968. At 7:05 p. m. August 10, 1968, that automobile, while driven by plaintiff Elmer McCarty. was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Gallia County, Ohio, in which he was injured and the automobile damaged.
