This is an appeal upon questions of law from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court dismissing the petition of plaintiffs, appellants herein, and entering judgment for defendant, appellee herein.

Plaintiffs, by their complaint, sought a money judgment for damages to a motor vehicle owned by plaintiff Automotive Rentals, Inc., and allegedly damaged by the negligence of the defendant. Defendant was not represented by counsel, either...
