This cause is in this court on appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Ross County entered upon a jury verdict finding defendant guilty of manslaughter in the first degree. Defendant feeling aggrieved by this result of his trial in the lower court filed his notice of appeal and alleged the following errors:
