This action was brought by appellee Bessie Florine Miner, the beneficiary-policy owner of two $25,000 life insurance policies issued by appellant Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company insuring the life of her deceased husband. The evidence reveals that premiums were paid for two and one-quarter years and that the last premiums paid were more than fifteen months before the death of the insured.
