This is an action brought by a black resident of Holly Springs, Mississippi, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging that defendant, a corporation, has engaged in racial discrimination in its employment practices at its Holly Springs plant.
