This is an appeal from the Sylvania Municipal Court. Defendant was charged with the violation of R. C. 4513.02, operating an unsafe vehicle. Defendant, while represented by counsel, withdrew his plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty. The court, on the plea, sentenced the defendant to pay a fine of $25 and further held that the offense was related to the reckless operation of a motor vehicle...
