Defendant was charged by indictment with a violation of the Military Selective Service Act of 1967, Sec. 462, Title 50, App., by wilfully and knowingly refusing to proceed from Oneida County Local Board 52, Rhinelander, Wisconsin, to the place of employment for civilian work in Bellin Memorial Hospital, Green Bay, Wisconsin, after having been ordered to do so by the Board.
