Donna Wilson Murrel was the beneficiary of an insurance policy on her husband Roger Murrel, who died on April 11, 1967, in Little Rock. Funds available from the policy, the insurer being Kansas City Life Insurance Company, amounted to $187,418.15. Three children were named as successor beneficiaries, but the policy reflects that after Murrel's death, Mrs. Murrel, the primary beneficiary, caused an endorsement to be placed on the policy providing...
