FRIENDLY, Chief Judge:

Appellant Grant was indicted on August 20, 1964, on two counts. The first count charged simple bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a); the second charged aggravated bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d). The former is subject to a maximum fine of $5,000 and imprisonment for not more than twenty years.
