This suit was instituted by Angie Carr and her husband, J. F. Carr against Kenneth Gregory for damages resulting from a rear-end automobile collision. Trial was to a jury which found that the defendant was driving at an excessive rate of speed which was a proximate cause of the collision, and that he failed to maintain an assured clear distance between his vehicle and the vehicle that was being driven by Mrs. Angie Carr, which was...
