Willard Wirtz, then Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, under Section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.), (the Act), alleging that defendants violated the provisions of Sections 15(a) (1), 15(a) (2), and 15(a) (5) of the Act and seeking to permanently enjoin and restrain them from violating the aforesaid provisions of the Act...
