This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of robbery by assault with firearms after a change of venue from Bexar County. The punishment was assessed by the jury at 28 years.

The appellant's sole contention is that the introduction and admission of evidence relative to the murder committed subsequent to the robbery offense constituted reversible error; that the murder was an extraneous offense and such evidence...
